Re: uses of tomatillos
Ditto on taking so long to long respond. I have been searching for my chili
verde recipe that uses tomatillos, excellent! But to no avail. Basically, it
takes a few tomatillos, peeled roasted, green chilies, garlic, onion, and a
frying pan. Maybe you can experiment. By the way, tomatillos will store for
a long time a room temperature.
I would also suggest using Monterey Jack cheese in that enchilada recipe. I
live in CA and that is the standard when cooking South-of-the-border foods.
Hope this will help a little. Barbara
