Dave, You don't seem to share the same seasons as us southerners in
Surrey/Herefordshire. When I was in Surrey picking blueberries on Leith
Hill I used to reckon that the first half of July was about the last of
the blueberries. As to blackberries, some of mine have already gone
over, I am watching the rest carefully because usually if there are any
left after the second week in September they are tasteless and fall of
as you touch them. Allan
