or Ebbinge's silverberry.
 Stumbled across this in a nursery this weekend.  WOW!  It is barely hardy in
my Oregon garden.
 My question is, is drainage or cold protection more the issue with this
plant?
 And any other comments you can share, will be helpful.  TIA
