Re: Surprise! You're dinner

Hi Cyndi, Have been reading the exchanges on lamb and their adults.
Couldn't help but remember back in 1964 while in Vietnam, I met a guy
named John Bates from Australia. He was in the RAAF and was serving in
a Caribou unit just a little South of Saigon. He invited me to his
base, and for supper we had 'Bully Beef', along with a bunch of beer.
The Australian Air Force's idea of Bully Beef is canned mutton, and
after eating some (I was drunk and hungry) I can understand your
hesitance to want to eat any. Now you talk about nasty, I can still
conjure up that taste. Rich, where it is supposed to get into the 40's
this weekend.
