Re: Hakonechloa pics and writing for free

Understood. Most photographers will not provide images for credits-- and I hope you aren't writing just for a byline. It's a tough market 
all around, but working for nothing helps no one.

No I don't write for free. Used to, for the neighbourhood paper but have now moved on. The company owning the paper (and many others throughout the country, for that matter) went into bankruptcy protection, cheques were delayed, it was finally sold and I'm making half the money I used to. But its the only game in town, so beggars can't be choosers. Good thing I also make "money" getting my hands dirty in other peoples' gardens.
