I don't know Duane. I am speaking only of when I write for them. I'm sure they are happy you mention them and get the name correct with or without the registered trademark. 

As to your second part, that is what I'm talking about--TM names are often the registered commercial name which is different from the ugly and hard-to-pronounce registered name. Like the movie with Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin, it's complicated. Have a good evening.
