Incorporating
Right now I'm looking at buying some heavy duty equipment for garden
writing, lecturing and photography. Simply put, I'm in the market for a high
end digital camera (thinking of the Nikon D70), a lap top computer and a
digital projector.
At this time, with more lecture offers, writing offers, and book proposals,
I've been considering incorporating, actually forming a business. I'd like
to know the pro's and con's to having a business and would appreciate any
comments from this group.
