Just a quick note to thank you all for your responses to my call for help with Picasa. After more than 2 weeks on this project, I don't think it's the solution for me, despite all the tutorials, etc.
 
Google Drive had been on my radar and with Doug's tip, that's my next stop so thanks, Doug, for that added advice.
