Ok, re: Glasshouse Works: your experience was not unusual.  I actually
visited the greenhouse one winter when they were closed and they very
obligingly opened up for me and gave me a tour.  I enjoyed the visit
very much.  However, subsequent orders placed by me and several friends
have been almost unbearably slow in shipping.  I'd recommend them only
if something couldn't be found elsewhere.
