Re: veggie beds/person?


I'd suspect that will be more than enough. Really depends on what you are
growing. We grow a lot of tomatoes and peppers, which take up squares for
the whole season. If you are growing salads then you'll get a lot of food
out. If you want a constant, heavy production I'd offer one tip: ALWAYS
have starts going so you can keep all the spaces full.
