HYB:Seedling:Planting:Blooming

No matter how hard I try, I rarely get bloom from first year seedlings. Last
year I
was fortunate to have cool weather long enough to plant seedlings in mid-may.
Still, of the ones that survived, few floomed. Same with the year before.
Planted early, but only a few bloomed.

For a variety of reasons, I'll have to plant in the fall this year. It's too
hot now and will stay that way, I suspect. I hate having to add an entire
year onto the process. Reason for the potting I mentioned earlier.

To all that hyrbidize---Are you able to plant in the spring and what
percentage of bloom do you get the next year?
