Hi Lloyd,
I.Stylosa is what I prefer to call it since it is a whole lot easier to
pronounce!! Yes mine has lots of foliage and it blooms down in it. We
had it bloom in the snow ( which was on rare occasions) (not the bloom,
the snow)in NM.
