Dear Forrest,
I have an intention to set up plant database using MS
Access, but have not as yet got round to doing
anything about it.... Partly due to my total
ignorance about the software itself - or indeed any
relational database - though I have used flat
databases before.
When I speak to any IT knowledgable person I tend to
start off with what I want the system to do eg. I want
to use access because I want to be able to link
different fields - autumn planting, yellow plants and
a graphic file reminding me what the thing actually
looks like.
If you can give me any ideas or pointers to consider
then I'd much appreciate it.
