Hi, Kris, you didn't mention your Zone but you must be more temperate than
here in Cincinnati. I buy pineapple sage every year because it doesn't
winter over here, but you're right in your description of it. The first time
I bought it it was just for the fragrance. But then suddenly in late
September it started blooming with those brilliant red flowers and sure
enough the hummingbirds found them right away.
