If you are "organic" I'd suggest smothering it with heaps of some sort of
organic material.
If not "organic," TRIOX.
I had two problems==Gooseneck loosestrife-==Lysimachia clethroides and H.
cordata. A very knowledgeable plantsman said, "Well, at least you can kill
the lysimachia." :-)
I know one person who was able to eliminate H. by continually digging it up.
Took him three years finally to be rid of it.
