I really like lilacs. I was wondering if any of the newer caultivars tend
to not sucker. I have Mis Kim and syringa meyeri (palibiniana) - Meyer
Lilac and neither seem to sucker. I wanted something a little taller and
was wondering about Miss Canada or one called Lilac Sunday.
There is nor much space where I want to put this. Whatever goes there has
to be tall and somewhat slender. Maybe a lilac is not the best. Other
options suggested were Duetzia, Viburnum Trilobum or Winterberry or
Enkianthus. I am in
zone 5 possibly 4 occasionally. Area is full sun. Any other suggestions?
