you speak german quite well :-))
The slimy green on your peat/sand I wouldn't touch.
Candy floss (Zuckerwatte) is another thing. I don't thing it's to good!! It only happend one time to me when I ventilate the bagged spores to less (nearly nothing over months). Allthough I don't know if it's good to ventilate from time to time. On the other hand, in nature is a permanent ventilation.
I used a chinosol solution and sprayed a bit the soil. It disappaered within days.
