Yes, I always call. There is no easy way to ask questions with an on-line 
order. The ONLY on-line ordering I do direct is Amazon.com, for books. I 
LOVE their "one-click". You have to fill out a lot of info one time, but 
after that, you just click and the stored info is used. I know this sounds 
dangerous to possible hacking, but I haven't (knock on wood) had a problem.
