Re: [GWL]: Are gardeners cheap?

Carol:

I live on disability and wind up spending at least $500 a
year on plants or books related to plants. That represents
approximately 4% of my annual income. Is this being cheap?
I'd rather buy a new plant (indoors or out) than buy myself
a new blouse or slacks (even if badly needed). I HAVE to
participate in many groups seed exchanges to even get some
of the plants I CRAVE. Most aren't available in the market
place even if they would be "easy plants".

Oh dear, I have just revealed myself as a plant addict
(LOL).
