those snakes don't eat that many rats one every now and then . cats eats
lots try putting up a barn owl =nest box a pair of owls will eat 2 rats
each night and take them right out of the tree and the babies will eat 5 or
6 mice each. those barn owls like the palm trees in SD and if you can get
them to move in you will be happy.
