Re: sponsorship
Actually... the station is on the southern edge of the Catskills (not
in the NYC) and serves southern NY and north east PA - and it's tough
to raise the relatively modest funds we need. But the general feeling
is that the station should be seen to be untainted thereby making a
conspicuous contrast with commercial and many commercial-style public
radio stations. Others with a professional inerest in gardening
(nursery people, landscapers) are also barred.
